Stalking Training & Consultancy
We specialise in helping organisations understand, prevent and manage harassment and stalking in the workplace.
The Worker Protection Act 2023 is set to come into force in October 2024, and it marks a significant shift in sexual harassment legislation for employers. The legislation amends the provisions in the Equality Act 2010 to better protect employees from workplace harassment and sexual harassment, shifting the focus towards prevention.
Employers need to consider now, more than ever, how they can implement appropriate policies and strategies to protect their employees from customers, colleagues, ex-partners and the general public.

The time has come for employers to become more informed and proactive in dealing with these crimes.
As an employer, you can mitigate the risks associated with stalking and harassment by:
What We Can Do for You
We aim to empower employers and colleagues to understand their legal obligations, find ways to keep their staff safe, and foster a workplace culture that places the responsibility for this crime on the perpetrator, not the victim.

Please note that we do not provide direct support to victims on an individual, case-by-case basis. For urgent case support or to discuss your personal or legal requirements, please contact the National Stalking Helpline
